Hello.

The Petroleum Pop Princess Baroness Mistress CD titled Deplete Me was officially released on July 4th. The album features 9 songs from the Petroleum Pop Princess project and is featured on the petroleumpopprincess.com site. The album is now available on Itunes also.

The album got a mention in Scene magazine this week.
"Is Kristen Baumlier Cleveland's answer to M.I.A.? Her recently released album, Deplete Me, features nine dance-pop songs all about the energy crisis. In cuts like "Sea Plants and Animals Die and Sink Man (Or How Oil Is Made)" and "Oil Embargo," Baumlier sings about the evils of oil production and complains about "thirsty SUVs." There are some good beats here.... "
