POWER-FORMANCE WORKSHOPS

2008- present

I just began doing a workshop called "Powerformance How to use humor, interaction, and performance to get people interested in your cause."

I work with a group to vision and outline how they can better engage an audience using interactive elements or performative live  “actions.” The idea is to go beyond the informational booth format, and to think of how to engage people either away or at the booth.

In June, I worked with Kentuckians for the Commonwealth (KFTC) Pikeville County Chapter, who did a performative action about mountain top removal and the waterways at the Seedtime Festival at Appalshop in Whitesburg, KY.

In August I will be working with the Ohio Citizen Action League Cleveland chapter, in prepation for an event in September.

I will be putting up more info. and images soon in this area..
